Donation Policy

The Donor acknowledges and understands the following:

(1) Charitable donations to Free Forest School ("Donations") are not provided in exchange for goods or services.

(2) Donations are generally not refundable unless (a) they were specified to be used for purposes now formally abandoned, and (b) are approved specifically by the Board of Directors, in its sole discretion.

(3) Any Donation refund issued to a Donor may have tax consequences, which should be considered in consultation with the Donor's tax professional. FFS is not authorized to give tax advice.
